Warranty Policy:
- We generally have a 10-day replacement warranty.
If you experience any problems from the manufacturer, you must contact us immediately, and must report it within 10 days. Warranty claims cannot be made under any circumstances after 10 days

- For warranty claim, the product must be brought to our shop along with cash memo, product packaging. Or you can send it by delivery man, in which case the customer will have to bear the delivery charges.

- For normal warranty, you have to wait 2-3 days.
For brand warranty, you have to wait 1-3 weeks.
To claim warranty, you must bring the box, cash-memo, accessories inside the box, warranty sticker or courier it.

- ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টির জন্য ১-৩ সপ্তাহ সময় অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করতে হলে অবশ্যই বক্স,ক্যাশ-মেমো,বক্সের ভেতর এক্সোসোরিজ,ওয়ারেন্টি ষ্টিকার অবশ্যই সাথে নিয়ে আসতে হবে অথবা কুরিয়ার করতে হবে।
