Refund Policy:

  • If we cannot deliver the product you ordered (out of stock)

  • If you change your mind and notify us before the goods are delivered.

  • It will take 7-14 business days for the refund to be successful.
    (রিফান্ড সফল হতে ৭-১৪ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে।)
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the item.

  • The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    রিফান্ডের সময়কাল আপনার কার্ড প্রদানকারীর নীতির উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Policy:

  • If the product is not genuine or original. You must notify us within 24 hours.
    (যদি পন্যটি আসল বা অরিজিনাল না হয়। ২৪ঘন্টার মধ্যে অবহিত করতে হবে আমাদের কাছে।)
  • If you receive a physically damaged product after opening the package. (Must send an unboxing video)
    (যদি প্যাকেজ খোলার পর শারিরীক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পন্য পেয়ে থাকেন। (অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও পাঠাতে হবে)
  • If the product is different from the one ordered (wrong product)
    (যদি পন্যটি অর্ডার করার পন্য থেকে আলাদা হয়। (ভুল পন্য হয়))
  • If you change your mind/order in the wrong order. (Of course the product must be sealed. Returns will not be possible after the product is opened.
